IPC Certification

Whether providing specialist or trainer level certification, Nancy Kristiansen ensures participants'  success with lively presentations that focus on important concepts through the use of demonstrations, unique explanations, exhibits and exercises.  Though participants are often nervous about taking tests and the technical nature of the material, Nancy's teaching style will put them at ease right from the start.

We can provide high quality training and certification at both Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) and Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) levels to the following standards.  Training program details for each of the three standards are outlined below for Certified IPC Specialist courses. IPC-A-610D-Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies

The education and training goal of this program is to improve individual discrimination skills; that is, to improve accuracy of discrimination between acceptable/unacceptable electronic assembly per the IPC A 610 series. This program will also teach individuals the reasons for the accept/reject criteria to enhance their motivation and ability to consistently and correctly apply the discrimination criteria.  Students will be able to make correct accept/reject decisions for the appropriate class/classes of production based on the acceptability requirements of IPC A 610.
